*If the studio space has a daily use that exceeds the two hours, for example 7 am to 3 pm for a school program, a reduced rate could be negotiated.

Approximately 2,500 square feet, with nice lobby entry, an amazing new floor, private Wi-Fi, an easy to use sound system, large flat screen TV and great lighting options. The studio has a bathroom, kitchenette and a large lot with free parking.

A Studio Use Agreement to follow the rules and regulations for the studio must be signed by each person renting the space.

A refundable security deposit for possible damages will be required prior to rental. Payment in full is due on the day of event.
