Salsa 1 is an 8 week program
Introduction to Salsa Immersion Program:
You will be learning new skills building from each of previous classes. After completing this program, we recommend you build off of your newly developed skills and progress on to our Salsa 2 Immersion Program to learn more and add polish to your new skills.

Salsa 2 Immersion Program
This is a intermediate/semi-experienced level progressive course- meaning you will be learning new skills building from each of previous classes.
Bachata Partner Work & Patterns
Tuesday Nights 7 pm to 8:30 pm
Learn Bachata Sensual in one of the most fun and friendly environments. Our focus is to provide students with fundamentals in Bachata Sensual that build from modern and traditional styles. Our class emphasizes body movement technique, learning to recognize rhythm of music, and develop musicality. Students will gain confidence to be able to dance in social settings.
Our goal is to help students learn to understand the connection and correlation of body, mind, and music. This will allow dancers to communicate and express their emotions in a meaningful way on their own. Instructors Mykey & Paola.
All levels welcome, no partner needed. This course is progressive from week to week.

Kizomba is a growing popular dance style in the Latin dance community. This exciting and intimate dance is great for strengthening partner connection and practicing musicality.
A three week program that focuses on dance skills, improved performance, technique and teamwork. This program is intense and is used to prepare dancers for joining the ADP performance teams. Each workshop is $20 or included in the $80 monthly membership.
Wednesday 7-8 pm and Saturdays 2-4 pm
Dive into the art of stretching tailored for dancers. $15, 75 minute workshop. Bring a yoga mat and expect to have fun and learn practical skills you can apply for years to come.

Review the Salsa patterns taught on Monday nights Salsa workshops but with On2 timing and style.
On2 Salsa Review is an intermediate level Salsa patterns class with On2 timing. This class is challenging and requires a solid foundation in Salsa dancing. The class is $15 pp or included in the $80 monthly membership.
4 Amazing Workshops, Bootcamp Style. 2 hours Each. Take the Challenge and train with us.
Saturday 2-4 pm & Wednesday 7-9 pm. $25 drop in class price or included in monthly membership.
